Sumatriptan-Succinat
Sumatriptan-Succinat ist ein selektiver 5-HT1-Rezeptor-Agonist mit Spezifität gegenüber 5-HT1D, 5-HT1B und 5-HT1A. Darüber hinaus können die physikochemischen Eigenschaften von Sumatriptan-Succinat mit FT-IR, HPLC, SEM und XRD charakterisiert werden. Es wurde berichtet, dass Sumatriptan-Succinat durch reaktiven Niederschlag ohne die Anwesenheit von Tensiden hergestellt werden kann. Weitere Studien zeigen, dass Moleküle von Sumatriptan-Succinat durch Zellen mit Liposomen mit positiv geladenen Liposomen mit höchster Belastungseffizienz durchgeführt werden.
